Plastic 3D printing
Powered by: Markforged
The Mark Two model is an award winning printer capable of producing strong and reliable parts over long and uninterrupted periods of time.

Markforged's micro carbon fiber filled nylon material called "Onyx" serves as a base material that can be reinforced with other fiber materials to obtain precise parts with a remarkable surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Combined with Continuous Fiber reinforcement, it can yield in higher strength parts and with improved mechanical properties that can fit a wider range of applications.

Being compatible too with Markforged's "Smooth TPU 95A" material, the printer possesses the capabilities to produce flexible and impact absorbent parts with a rubber-like material that can fit a whole new set of applications and industries.
Metal 3D printing

Printing is carried out thanks to the innovative "Metal Paste Deposition" process, which extrudes a water-based metal paste that is constantly dried during printing. The final result is a green part with less than 1% binder material.

MPD allows to skip the debinding step needed with other metal 3D printing technologies, which greatly reduces production costs and lead times, making the process easier and safer overall.
